Zomato is now Eternal, MCA approves name change
Zomato has received approval from the Corporate Affairs Ministry for the change of its corporate name to Eternal Limited, effective March 20. The company's food delivery brand, Zomato, along with the app, will keep the same name. Eternal Limited will include Zomato, Blinkit, District, and Hyperpure as its major businesses.
